How long will it take to get my orders?

Most of our pieces are in stock and ship within a few business days. If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page, your piece is reserved exclusively for you until then.

Why doesn’t my jacket/vest look fully puffy right away?

The filling just needs a little time to breathe after being packed.

Hang for 24–48 hours to let it naturally expand. If extra loft is needed, gently steam (without direct contact) to help the fibers relax.
